He is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Sustainable Mobility Center, where he leads a team that supports the development of public policies for the decarbonization of the transport sector in Latin America and the Caribbean. He works closely with government authorities and technical teams to advance the electrification of public transport, commercial fleets, and private vehicles. Previously, he worked at the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington D.C., the International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT) in San Francisco, and the Mario Molina Center in Chile. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Sussex and a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from the University of Chicago.
