Roberto holds degrees in engineering and public policy, with more than 10 years of experience in the Latin America and Caribbean energy sector, and is working to develop regional partnerships to support reaching universal access in LAC, as well as supporting Caribbean countries in deploying battery energy and renewable energy storage systems. He has worked in renewable energy, utility strengthening, and energy access, with the Word Bank, has implemented energy access and microfinance projects India, and supported the development of a green hydrogen project in Chile.
