Senior energy sector executive with more than 20 years of experience leading high-impact projects across Latin America, particularly in green hydrogen, oil and gas, and energy infrastructure. A Chemical Civil Engineer with a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a Diploma in Leadership and Project Management, she is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP®).
She currently leads the strategic development of green hydrogen projects at ENGIE. She has held key positions at EDF Andes, Tractebel Engineering, and Técnicas Reunidas, managing project portfolios and decarbonization strategies while leading multidisciplinary teams in multicultural environments. Her expertise spans the strategic management of complex projects, constructability analysis, value engineering, cost estimation, and risk management.
In 2025, she was internationally recognized as one of the “50 Women in Hydrogen” by Hydrogen Economist and the World Global Leadership Conference (WGLC), in acknowledgment of her technical and strategic leadership in advancing the global hydrogen economy.
As President of the Chilean Hydrogen Association (H2 Chile), she is a leading voice in the sector, participating in national and international forums. In her role as Project Director at ENGIE, she also mentors emerging leaders through regional and corporate mentoring programs.
