Paola Pimentel is the Development Project Manager at Ennova, where she leads the structuring and execution of interconnection infrastructure for large-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects. She has over six years of experience in the development of energy projects in the Dominican Republic, managing technical, regulatory, and environmental processes.
She is also the founder and president of the Women in Renewable Energy Network (MER-RD) and has dedicated the past five years to promoting gender equity in the sector, leading workshops, mentorship programs, and training initiatives. Additionally, she is the creator of the podcast "Equidad y Energía" (Equity and Energy)—a platform that connects leadership, inclusion, and transformation in the energy sector.
Her leadership has been recognized by publications such as Energía e Hidrocarburos Plus and Factor de Éxito.
