Noelia Maciera is a mechanical industrial engineer with extensive experience in renewable energy and international project management. She specialized in project management within the hydroelectric sector through her participation in General Electric’s Project Management Leadership Program.
At General Electric, she held various leadership and project management roles, focusing on the refurbishment of hydroelectric power plants and the construction of new pumped storage facilities. Additionally, her career includes experience as a consultant for multilateral banks on hydroelectric plant refurbishment projects. Currently, Noelia serves as the owner’s representative, holding the position of Program Coordinator for the Salto Grande Hydroelectric Complex Refurbishment Program.
