She has over 15 years of experience in Culture, Talent, Organizational Development, and Labor Relations within highly complex energy and industrial sectors.
She has led the design and implementation of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies, facilitated national and regional transformation processes, and promoted initiatives in climate, culture, and well-being that enhance people’s experience within organizations.
