Marina Dockweiler is a civil engineer specializing in international development and the environment. She currently serves as a Senior Environmental Specialist at the Development Bank of the Plata Basin (FONPLATA), where she supports initiatives that promote the design and implementation of climate resilience strategies, including in the energy sector. She has led projects in Latin America focused on strengthening institutional capacities, integrating environmental criteria into energy planning, and fostering investment in resilient infrastructure.
