Ms. Reid has over 25 years of experience in project analysis and project management within the public sector, with a strong focus on energy, education, and health. She began her career at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs, overseeing the monitoring and evaluation of public sector investment programmes. In 2011, she joined the Division of Energy as Project Manager for Inter-American Development Bank-funded initiatives, leading the implementation of approximately US$80 million in renewable energy and energy efficiency projects, including the flagship Energy Smart Fund and the Public Sector Smart Energy Programme.

Ms. Reid currently serves as Deputy Permanent Secretary (Projects) in the Ministry of Energy and Business, where she manages a project portfolio exceeding US $250 million.

She holds an MSc in Development and Project Planning from the University of Bradford, and a BSc in Economics and Accounts from the University of the West Indies. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Certificate in Project Management for Results from the American Institute for Economic and Social Development (INDES).
