He is a nuclear engineer, graduated from the Balseiro Institute in 1981, and holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from MIT, obtained in 1998. He worked at INVAP for 44 years, reaching the position of Deputy General Manager of the company. He retired in August 2024 and has since been working part-time. He was President of the INVAP Employees’ Association, as well as of the companies INVAP Ingeniería and FRONTEC, and of the Balseiro Institute Alumni Association. He served on the boards of NA-SA, Eólica Rionegrina, and Enarsa Servicios. From December 2019 to October 2020, he was Undersecretary of Energy Planning at the National Secretariat of Energy. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of INVAP, Advisor to the General Management of INVAP, and Advisor to the RA-10 and PALLAS project management teams. He is an Associate Professor at the Balseiro Institute. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company ICHOS and of the Club Andino Bariloche.
