Jaime is a Partner and Office Manager in the Santiago office. He also leads McKinsey’s Travel and Logistics Practice in Spanish-speaking Latin America. His experience spans the entire tourism industry, where he has led projects on strategy, digital transformation, customer experience, and operations. He has worked with national parks, travel companies, airlines, national ministries, and retailers in South America and other countries around the world.
Before joining McKinsey, Jaime spent two years at LAN Airlines, focusing on growth in Latin America and developing the hub in Lima. Jaime holds an MBA from the Berkeley Haas School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
