Griselda Lambertini is a lawyer, political scientist, energy regulation specialist, and holds a Master’s degree in Energy from the University of Buenos Aires. Between 2017 and 2020, she served as Director of the National Gas Regulatory Agency of the Argentine Republic. She currently works as Academic Director at the Center for Studies on Energy Regulatory Activity (CEARE) at the University of Buenos Aires and as an advisor to the Argentine Ministry of Energy on energy transition matters.
As an independent researcher and consultant, she has participated in various studies on energy system regulation, regional energy integration, and the development of biogas, biomethane, and low-emission hydrogen.
In 2023, she led the European Union Green Hydrogen Mission in Argentina. She also represented CEARE in the PtX Hub International consortium to promote green hydrogen and its derivatives in Argentina. In 2022, she coordinated the regulatory study for the creation of a voluntary “hydrogen-enriched natural gas” market in Argentina, funded by the United Nations Environment Programme, and served as a regulatory expert for Bolivia’s national hydrogen strategy. Griselda is the Director of CEARE’s Hydrogen Training Program and a certified trainer by GIZ Germany.
