Fernando Monteverde has nearly three decades of experience in finance and project management, primarily in the technology and energy sectors. He joined Siemens in 1993, where he has built a distinguished career in Argentina and across Latin America.
Throughout his career, he has held key positions in financial control, consulting, and project management, advancing into regional leadership roles. From 2006 to 2018, he served as Country Division Controller for Energy and Gas, and in 2019 he was appointed Regional Finance Director and CFO for South America, overseeing operations in five countries. In 2023, he was named Vice President for South America, with responsibility for Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Bolivia, and Peru.
He holds a degree in Accounting from the National University of Lomas de Zamora, where he also taught Mathematics. He furthered his education through programs at Fundação Getulio Vargas (Brazil), IAE Business School, Universidad de San Andrés, and Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, specializing in leadership, people management, and ontological coaching.
