Fernando Cevallos, who is based in Bogotá, currently serves as the focal point for energy projects financed by AFD in the Andes Regional Directorate. He is also AFD’s focal point for the hydropower sector. After starting his career in the hydropower sector, working for the French electric utility EDF and the Swiss consultancy Lombardi, Fernando joined AFD in 2019 in the Energy Division at the Paris headquarters. He studied engineering at the École Centrale de Lyon.
