He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará, Brazil; a Master of Business Administration with High Distinction from the Catholic University “Nuestra Señora de la Asunción,” Paraguay; and a Master of Business Administration in the Electric Power Sector from Fundação Getulio Vargas, Brazil.
