Director of the Institute of International Studies at the University of Chile and Full Professor. Economist from ITAM in Mexico, holds a Master's degree in Economics from Cambridge, United Kingdom, and a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from the University of Chile. She has worked at the Central Bank of Mexico and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Chile.
