David is Senior Energy Specialist at the World Bank office in Central America and the Dominican Republic. Prior to that he was Program Leader for Infrastructure in Central America and the Dominican Republic, supporting strategy, preparation, and implementation of World Bank projects in Energy, Transport, Digital, PPPs, Urban, and Disaster Prevention. Prior to this position, he performed the same functions in Ghana and several Sub-Saharan African countries. He is an industrial engineer with specific experience in electrification projects, renewable energies, and electric sector and utility reform.
