Constanza Meneses Santa Cruz is a communications specialist, political scientist, and holds an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
She currently serves as Coordinator of the H2LAC Platform, an initiative framed within the European Union’s EUROCLIMA programme, co-financed by the EU and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and implemented by GIZ in collaboration with the World Bank and ECLAC.
The mission of the H2LAC Platform is to promote cooperation and knowledge exchange to advance the development of green hydrogen and its derivatives in Latin America and the Caribbean. Its key pillars of action include stakeholder engagement, strengthening technical-political dialogue, building collective knowledge, and developing capacities—creating a regional space for collaboration among governments, the private sector, academia, and international organizations.
In this role, Constanza leads the coordination of over 40 institutions across the region.
