She is a Sociologist and holds a Master’s degree in Management and Public Policy. She has extensive experience in the design and implementation of policies, programs, methodologies, and citizen participation processes for the public and private sectors, as well as for international organizations.
She also has broad expertise in managing socio-environmental conflicts, working with diverse stakeholders across different industries, both in the public and private sectors.
For the past 11 years, she has worked in the Division of Participation and Dialogue at the Chilean Ministry of Energy, whose main objective is to create mechanisms for dialogue and prevent socio-environmental conflicts arising between energy companies and communities. She has been responsible for developing the human rights standards promoted by the Ministry for energy development, as well as for leading participatory processes in the formulation of various public policies in the sector. She has served as Head of the Division since March 2022.
