PhD Candidate in International Relations (Rio de Janeiro State University). Master’s in Contemporary Integration of Latin America (Federal University for Latin American Integration). Bachelor’s in Economics (National University of Salta). She is the Research Coordinator at the Latin American Observatory of Energy Geopolitics, part of the Center for Strategic Studies and Regional Integration (UNILA), and a Researcher in the Energy Security Studies Group at the Federal University of Paraíba, within the project on International Energy Agreements and the development of the Enetrix Platform. She also teaches graduate courses at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with the Group for Studies on the Electric Sector (GESEL) and at the Catholic University of Petrópolis.
