Has over 25 years of experience in energy efficiency. From November 2019 to April 2024, Andrea served as the chair of the Argentinian Committee of the World Energy Council (WEC).
She is the former Undersecretary of Energy Efficiency and Savings at the Argentinian Ministry of Energy and Mining (2015-2018).
She also has a large experience as an educator, currently teaches energy efficiency in the master’s program in Sustainable Energy Development at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA) and other postgraduate courses.
Andrea holds a Chemical Engineering degree and a postgraduate degree in petroleum from the University of Buenos Aires.
