The growing complexity of energy systems, technological transformation, the need to strengthen energy security, and resilience-related challenges are redefining the role of regulatory institutions worldwide.

This Forum will bring together regulators, international organizations, and sector experts to exchange experiences and consider how regulatory frameworks and institutional capacities must evolve to address the challenges facing the power systems of Latin America and the Caribbean.
